All parties are two hours.
You and your guests get private access to the covered pavilion to the left side of the pool (there are two party tables there for you to use).
We require a completed guest list 24 hours before your party, this is used for check-ins at the greeter station.
Your guest list will be at the check-in window. All guests must check-in both members and nonmembers.
The head count for your guests includes swimmers and non-swimmers. All participants! This includes parents bringing their children.
Event hosts can arrive 15 minutes prior for set up.
All non-member guests must leave the pool at the end of the two hour time period.
Large floats are not allowed during parties.
No open flame, other than the cake candle.
Please don't use any tape or any kind of adhesives to hang decorations.
No confetti or small plastic confetti type of decorations. These end up in the pool a lot of time or get left on the ground.
No glass containers.
The party host is responsible for cleaning up the party area at the end of the event. This includes all gift wrap, decorations (including any balloon strings and streamers), and all food debris. All trash can be placed in the trash can at the pavilion and our attendant will take it off for you afterwards. If you need extra trash bags you are welcome to ask for these at The Shack window.
While at the pool your guests are asked to follow the rules of the HHSC. Attendees who do not follow the rules or present bad behavior will be asked to leave.
