The Hammond Hill Suburban Club offers its membership a unique experience with daytime and after hour parties!

When you book a party at the HHSC. You and your guests will get private access to the covered Jasmine Pavilion or BBQ Shack. Each booked party comes with an attendant. This person will be with you to help set up, bring a cake from the fridge, help during the party and clean up once your event is over...leaving you to enjoy the festivities! We look forward to celebrating with you!

The Ins and Outs

All parties are two hours.
An attendant is provided.
You and your guests get private access to the covered Jasmine Pavilion or the BBQ Shack and tabled area.
We require a complete guest list 24 hours before party, used for check-in at the greeter station.
The head count for your guests includes swimmers and non swimmers. All participants!
Event hosts can arrive 15 minutes prior for set up.
All non-member guests must leave the pool at the end of the two hour time period.
Parties are locked in on the calendar when the $50 reservation is paid, assuming availability. The remainder of the balance is due 24 hours prior to your event along with your guest list.
All events are booked by email only to ensure no double booking. NO VERBAL RESERVATIONS WILL BE GIVEN AT THE SHACK.
Once a deposit is paid your event will be added to the HHSC calendar. This also let's our membership see events happening at the pool. As well as what days are taken.

After Hour Parties

Book your event after hours and get private access to the entire Hammond Hill Suburban Club. These are offered after pool daytime hours. You will get all the perks of a daytime party with the ambiance of the night with just you and your guests. Lifeguard(s) and attendant will be supporting.

And Finally...

Members hosting events are responsible for the behavior and actions of your guests. Pool rules must be followed during your event. Just like any other member. Attendees who do not follow the rules or present bad behavior will be asked to leave.
