The Hammond Hill Suburban Club offers its a unique experience with daytime and private after hour parties!
Our facilities are the perfect location to host all you events from a small intimate birthday party,
big company events, family reunions, milestone events, and everything in between.
When you book a party at the HHSC, You and your guests will get private access to the covered pavilion.
One of our staff members will be available to assist during your event to allow you to enjoy the festivities!

The Ins and Outs

All parties are two hours.
-
You and your guests get private access to the covered pavilion to the left side of the pool (there are two party tables there for you to use).

We require a completed guest list 24 hours before your party, this is used for check-ins at the greeter station.

Your guest list will be at the check-in window. All guests must check-in both members and nonmembers.

The head count for your guests includes swimmers and non-swimmers. All participants! This includes parents bringing their children.

Event hosts can arrive 15 minutes prior for set up.

All non-member guests must leave the pool at the end of the two hour time period.

​Large floats are not allowed during parties.

No open flame, other than the cake candle.

Please don't use any tape or any kind of adhesives to hang decorations.

No confetti or small plastic confetti type of decorations. These end up in the pool a lot of time or get left on the ground.

No glass containers.

The party host is responsible for cleaning up the party area at the end of the event. This includes all gift wrap, decorations (including any balloon strings and streamers), and all food debris. All trash can be placed in the trash can at the pavilion and our attendant will take it off for you afterwards. If you need extra trash bags you are welcome to ask for these at The Shack window.

While at the pool your guests are asked to follow the rules of the HHSC. Attendees who do not follow the rules or present bad behavior will be asked to leave.

Party Deposits and Payments

Parties are locked in on the calendar when the $75 reservation is paid, assuming availability. Payments for deposits are accepted at The Shack by cash or check.

Party fees is due 24 hours prior to your event along with your guest list.

All events requests and bookings are by Email only (This is to ensure no double booking.)

ONLY DEPOSITS FOR APPROVED PARTIES ARE TAKEN AT THE SHACK, NO PARTY REQUESTS! EMAIL IS THE ONLY WAY TO BOOK AND REQUEST AN EVENT.

Once a deposit is paid your event will be added to the HHSC calendar. This also let's our membership see events happening at the pool, as well as what days are taken.

All deposits can be transferred to another date ONLY upon inclement weather, illness, or an emergency. Contact the Events Planner by email to inform them of any issues. The party must be rescheduled within 21 calendar days.

If your balance is not paid 24 hours before the event, the event will be canceled.

During Hour Parties
To be courteous to our other members and their guests. We have set party attendee numbers during the times the pool is open.

The birthday child is not included in the headcount.

Upon entering the pool, your guests will check in at the window and get a wristband.

Hosts are responsible for any extra guests over the set count. This is to ensure proper guard coverage.

After Hour Parties
After-hour parties are available by request only and not guaranteed. Please email us, at thehammondhillpool@gmail.com, with your request prior to booking.

And Finally...
Members hosting events are responsible for the behavior and actions of your guests. Pool rules must be followed during your event. Just like any other member. Attendees who do not follow the rules or present bad behavior will be asked to leave.
