The Hammond Hill Suburban Club offers its a unique experience with daytime and private after hour parties!
Our facilities are the perfect location to host all you events from a small intimate birthday party,
big company events, family reunions, milestone events, and everything in between.
When you book a party at the HHSC, You and your guests will get private access to the covered pavilion.
One of our staff members will be available to assist during your event to allow you to enjoy the festivities!

🎉 POOL PARTY GUIDELINES 🎉

⏰ PARTY DETAILS

Parties are 2 hours long
-
Private pavilion access (left side of pool, includes 2 tables)

Hosts may arrive 15 minutes early for setup.

📋 GUEST CHECK-IN
-
Submit guest list 24 hours in advance

All guests must check in upon arrival
-
Everyone counts toward your total (swimmers, non-swimmers, parents staying and additional siblings)

🏊 DURING THE PARTY
-
Non-members must leave at the end of your 2-hour time slot

All guests must follow HHSC pool rules
-
Guests not following rules may be asked to leave

🚫 RESTRICTIONS

No large floats
-
No glass containers
-
No open flames (except cake candles)
-
No tape or adhesives
-
No confetti or small plastic decorations
-
🧹 CLEAN-UP
-
Hosts must clean the entire party area
-
Remove all decorations, food, and trash

Use pavilion trash cans (staff will remove bags)

💳 PARTY BOOKING & PAYMENT INFO
📅 BOOKING

Only email requests are accepted to book events

NO PARTY REQUESTS ARE TAKEN AT THE SHACK

A $75 deposit secures your date and time
-
Event added to calendar ONLY after a deposit is paid
⏰ DEADLINES

Balance + guest list due 24 hours before event
-
Unpaid balance = cancellation
🔄 RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling is only allowed for severe weather, illness, or emergencies. Please email about any issues.

Must email to reschedule within 21 days

👥 PARTY DETAILS

Guest limits apply during pool hours

Birthday child and 2 parents are not included in the attendance count

All Guests check in upon arriving and receive wristbands

Hosts cover any extra guests that attend over the allotted number of guests has been reached.

After-hour parties are available by request only and not guaranteed. Please email us, at thehammondhillpool@gmail.com, with your request prior to booking.
⚠️ Hosts are responsible for guest behavior. Pool rules apply to all. Failure to follow the rules of the HHSC can result in a guest being asked to leave. In extreme instances the event can be ended early.
